Budget Associate

Budget Associates are responsible for tracking Media spending by month for their assigned account. The role will have day-to-day responsibility for supporting the account ensuring all deliverables, internal and Client facing, are executed according to plan and agreed timelines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers and keen attention to detail.
** Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
** Work with Budget Managers / Planners to adjust and reconcile budget numbers throughout the month / year Monitor EA’s and Invoices through client systems and work with Budget Managers / Planning / Clients for invoice rejections

Skills:

** EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED  1+ years hands on budget management experience (preferably within the media industry). work experience with Proficiency in MS Office suite; proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel
