As a Financial Analyst at Rocket Companies, you will be at the heart of enterprise-level financial reporting and analysis. You’ll partner with senior leaders across various functions to deliver critical insights that drive strategic decision‑making. About

the Role
  • Support corporate financial consolidation and reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
  • Assist with earnings materials, executive presentations, and senior leadership reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency
  • Partner with G&A functional teams to build and enhance financial support models, reporting, and ad‑hoc analysis
  • Prepare and maintain financial models and reporting tools to support senior leaders with decision‑making and scenario analysis
  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial and operational data to track performance against corporate and functional goals
About You

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0‑3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail and data integrity
  • Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, executive‑level insights
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with financial planning or consolidation tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior leaders
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, highly visible corporate environment
  • Self‑motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn and grow within Corporate Finance
