Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst at Rocket Companies, you will be at the heart of enterprise-level financial reporting and analysis. You’ll partner with senior leaders across various functions to deliver critical insights that drive strategic decision‑making. In this highly visible role, you consolidate financial results, support earnings preparations, and provide executive‑level financial support. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help shape financial strategies while working alongside accounting and functional leaders in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

• Support corporate financial consolidation and reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
• Assist with earnings materials, executive presentations, and senior leadership reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Partner with G&A functional teams to build and enhance financial support models, reporting, and ad‑hoc analysis
• Prepare and maintain financial models and reporting tools to support senior leaders with decision‑making and scenario analysis
• Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial and operational data to track performance against corporate and functional goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0‑3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail and data integrity
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, executive‑level insights

• Experience with financial planning or consolidation tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior leaders
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, highly visible corporate environment
• Self‑motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn and grow within Corporate Finance
