• Strong expertise in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending processes
• Experience with Loan Underwriting and evaluation of creditworthiness
• Knowledge of finance principles and practices, specifically in the mortgage lending industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency with industry-standard mortgage software and tools is preferred (Encompass).
• Licensure or certification as required by state and federal regulations
• Prior experience in a mortgage or financial services environment is an asset
