Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical, self-directed Financial Analyst to support complex, high-volume financial activity tied to large enterprise initiatives. This role will serve as the primary point of accountability for invoicing accuracy, time tracking, financial analysis, and issue resolution across multiple project teams and vendors.

The position is intended to relieve bandwidth constraints currently impacting IT and Finance leadership by providing dedicated, tactical financial oversight with a strong process‑improvement mindset.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project‑related invoicing
  , including invoices from project teams and accounting
• Review, analyze, and reconcile invoices; investigate discrepancies where amounts, rates, or totals do not align
• Track and validate time reporting using Time Control (and/or Coupa or comparable systems)
• Produce regular reporting highlighting time, cost variances, and areas of concern
• Audit documentation and financial records for accuracy and compliance
• Proactively engage with project managers and stakeholders to:
• Clarify resource usage and financial impacts
• Stay aligned on SOWs, project scope, and budget expectations
• Identify and mitigate financial issues throughout the month

• Report findings, risks, and recommendations back to IT/Finance leadership (Ahmed)
• Contribute to process improvements
