Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and record financial transactions accurately.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularly.
• Support budgeting activities and track expenses against budgets.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings.
• Prepare documentation for audits and assist auditors during audit processes.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and financial records.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of financial information.
• Maintain backups of financial data and records.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com preferred).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Good understanding of accounting principles (GAAP basics).
• Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books, Quick Books, or similar).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables).
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in startup or technology‑driven companies.
• Exposure to audit processes and financial reporting.
• Basic understanding of international/US accounting (added advantage).
