• Accurately create invoices based on customer contracts and plant data.
• Respond to customer invoice inquiries in a timely fashion.
• Ensure accurate data is being entered by the Plant for services provided.
• Assist in setting up new customer accounts.
• Work with Sales, Plant, and customers to resolve open issues, such as missing PO's, payment issues, and invoice disputes.
• Audit and reconcile customer accounts.
• Assist in drafting SOPs and best practices for job function.
• Collaborate cross functionally with other departments (Operations, Sales, Finance) to identify efficiency opportunities.
• 2-3 years recent Billing experience.
• Some college preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail is a key component of this role; in addition to being a self-starter and having basic Excel and computer skills.
• Experience in Microsoft CRM Field Service/ERP Billing System.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
