Finance Project Manager

CGS is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to provide oversight of financial and procurement services for a large Federal agency initiative.

• Oversee processing workflows in the Office of Financial and Procurement Services.
• Perform and oversee financial and procurement services.
• Maintain frequent contact with Government Case Managers and other DOJ agency staff.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed.
• Oversee a small team of financial analysts.
• Perform an active quality assurance role to ensure high quality work delivered on time.
• Train staff on entering and updating data in proprietary databases.

• At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems.
• Proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.
• Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time‑critical support activities simultaneously.
• Expert knowledge of Finance Systems (including SAS), outstanding writing skills, excellent oral communication skills, and excellent management skills.
• Knowledge of the Government's data processing environment in which the work is to be performed, including office automation networks, PC‑based databases and other applications, and internet and server‑based databases and other applications.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Law degree desirable.
