Venteon is looking for a Financial Analyst

Venteon is seeking a Financial Analyst who will play a key role in supporting senior leadership, driving financial performance, and helping shape strategic decisions.
In this role, you’ll partner with the Controller and CFO to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives while delivering insights that influence business outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Assist in the development of annual operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and trend analysis
- Perform cost, profitability, pricing, and break-even analyses
- Partner with leadership to monitor financial performance and key metrics
- Analyze budget and forecast data to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Identify variances, risks, and opportunities through financial analysis
- Track financial trends and monitor revenues and expenditures
- Compare actual results to budget and forecast projections
- Support special financial analyses, projects, and ad hoc reporting
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and evaluate business initiatives
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial models and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance (public or private industry)
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting principles
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with database/query tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow
