Our client, middle market sized company in the Metro Detroit are (LOCAL candidates only, no relocation assistance is offered), is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. They are looking for someone with job cost experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Financial Analyst- Financial analyst will have lead role in month end close, monthly financial statement analysis/preparation, and operations reporting
- Financial Analyst will prepare Annual budget and update forecasts on a monthly basis or as needed
- Financial Analyst will be responsible for project level consolidation of financial results, forecasts and presentations
- Exposure to upper management
- Work collaboratively with different areas
- 2+ years of finance experience in a mid-sized or large company
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- Expert in Excel knowledge, Pivot Tables, Vlookup and SUMIF formulas
