Days: Monday
- Friday (some Saturdays)

Hours: 9am-5pm

Responsibilities

  • Provides accurate, courteous, and timely professional service to existing and prospective members.
  • Process deposits to checking or savings accounts and disburses cash or check withdrawals; process checks and other transactions.
  • Provides money orders, credit card cash advances, receives loan payments and service charge payments for services.
  • Process transfers between accounts and automatic distribution forms, recording all transactions according to member's request
  • Operates on?line teller terminal and accurately records amounts received and prepares reports of transactions.
  • Assist members by providing information and answering questions about the credit union services and requirements/eligibility.
  • Analyze member activity and cross sell other products and services to fit member needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required. Some college level coursework preferred.
  • Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial systems.
  • Professional business-like appearance.
  • Must have a strong interest in giving back to the community.
