What You’ll Actually Do

Collaboration:

Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Accounting teams to analyze key metrics and develop action plans for resolution.
Cost Management:
Develop and analyze standard costs, providing insights into significant changes.
Inventory Oversight:
Support physical inventory counts and conduct analysis of excess and obsolete inventory.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of necessary journal entries.
Profitability Analysis:
Supply pricing and quoting teams with data to inform future profitability assessments.

The Must-Haves

Background:
Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a closely related field, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding of financial principles.
Experience:

A minimum of two years of progressive accounting experience within a mid-sized or large company environment, coupled with practical working knowledge of a large-scale ERP system.
Skills:

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced capabilities such as Pivot Tables, Vlookup, and SUMIF formulas, essential for detailed financial analysis.
