Responsibilities
- Serves as the Lead Finance Partner for the plant
- Responsible for:
- All financial management
- Reporting
- Compliance
- Planning
- Forecasting
- Cost performance activities and cost savings initiatives
- Reporting to the Complex Controller, this role provides:
- Strategic financial leadership to plant management
- Oversees the analyst organization
- Ensures compliance with corporate and SOX requirements
- Drives initiatives that improve operational efficiency and financial performance
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting or Finance; or related
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant Finance and/or Accounting experience
- Knowledge of all phases of financial and cost accounting
- Must be able to manage change in a manufacturing environment
- MBA or equivalent
- 6 years of experience in manufacturing finance
- Proficient in SAP and Hyperion Essbase and knowledge of the project writing system
- Prior supervision experience
- Capability to quickly adapt to changes in the business and labor environment
