Position

Summary

The Financial Analyst reports to the Investments Leadership Team and supports financial analysis, reporting, research, financial modeling, and project-based initiatives across Bedrock's Investments team, including Acquisitions & Dispositions, Capital Markets, and Public Finance. This role partners cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization to evaluate investment opportunities, analyze financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and advance key business initiatives.

Essential Functions
  • Perform financial and operational analyses to support business decisions, projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and update financial models, forecasts, budgets, and other analytical tools.
  • Analyze property, portfolio, project, and investment performance and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist with underwriting, due diligence, market research, and financial evaluations for transactions, projects, and business initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for leadership, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret financial, operational, and market data to support recommendations and decision-making.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to collect information, validate assumptions, and evaluate business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on financial and operational performance metrics.
  • Support transactions, projects, and portfolio-related activities as assigned.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • (Required)1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate financial analysis supporting preferably business areas such as acquisitions, dispositions, capital markets, public finance, or related areas with the commercial real estate industry.
  • Experience analyzing financial and operational data and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Experience developing or working with financial models, forecasts, budgets, or reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting and analysis tools.
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, and business recommendations.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Yardi, Argus, Power BI, or similar systems experience preferred.
