To date, we have performed mission-critical contracts with a combined total value of over $200M. RAI has a vacancy for Litigation Financial Analyst supporting the US Attorney's Office (USAO).
Responsibilities include assisting the legal team by tracing, reviewing, and analyzing financial records from investigations to determine the source and delivery of funds, and the nature and volume of transactions. This includes understanding account relationships, following criminal proceeds and identifying assets and funds that meet thresholds and legal requirements for forfeiture. Additionally, assists prosecutors in preparing for court proceedings by developing legal theories for forfeiture and preparing exhibits, charts, and abstracts of the financial evidence.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA certification preferred, three-years accounting, finance, or other related experience, strong organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills; oral and written. Intermediate experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other common software applications and databases, advanced skills are preferred.

Ability to work in a team environment, deliver the highest quality of work, and maintain a professional disposition under extreme pressure. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation.
