We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst – Senior to join our team in Eaton Cummins Joint Venture (ECJV):

This role is an employee of the Eaton Cummins Joint Venture (ECJV):
Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies. Internal candidates are defined as employees of the ECJV.
Drive Business Performance Through Financial Insights: Analyze financial results, trends, variances, risks, and opportunities to provide data-driven recommendations that support informed decision-making and improve business performance.
Lead Forecasting and Strategic Planning: Partner with key stakeholders to develop accurate forecasts, validate assumptions, and provide forward-looking financial projections that align with organizational goals and strategies.
Deliver Clear and Actionable Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and communicate financial results in a concise and meaningful way, enabling leaders to understand performance drivers and take timely action.
Build Strong Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with business leaders, finance teams, and other stakeholders to align priorities, influence decisions, and drive successful business outcomes.
Navigate Complexity to Solve Business Challenges: Evaluate large volumes of financial and operational data, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions to address complex business issues.
Optimize Processes and Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, improve efficiency, and implement best practices that create long-term value.
Ensure Financial Integrity and Compliance: Apply US GAAP principles and company policies to ensure accurate accounting, regulatory compliance, and the integrity of financial data and reporting.

Drive Financial Performance: Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis for Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies (ECJV) to support profitable growth and enable informed business decisions.
Partner Across Functions: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy, support pricing governance, and influence strategic decision-making across the ECJV organization.
Deliver Actionable Business Insights: Manage business cases, performance reporting, and financial analysis for key Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies (ECJV) initiatives, translating complex data into clear recommendations and actions.
Lead Through Analytics and Continuous Improvement: Leverage strong financial acumen to identify opportunities, improve processes, develop analytical capabilities within the team, and drive operational excellence and business performance.
Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required. Progress toward Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred.
Experience:Intermediate level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.
