• Assist members and team with loan inquiries, maintenance, and changes.
• Manage incoming calls, text messages, emails and voicemails for all lending inquiries including titles, debt protection, payments, etc.
• Maintain reports for the department as needed including but not limited to auto loans, anti-theft devices, vehicle titles, loan refinances, maintenance, and debt protection.
• Perform loan audits to ensure accuracy of documents and system verification.
• Ensure loan policies and guidelines are maintained.
• Track adverse action letters to sustain compliance.
• Originate, process, close and service consumer loans as needed.
• Cross-sell additional products and services.

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• One to three years of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advance computer literacy, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe, and other online platforms.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Must have a strong interest in giving back to the community.
