Venteon is currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer – CFO. The ideal candidate will be a critical contributor to the company’s overall financial success.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a dynamic, growing, private equity–backed company. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing financial insight, strategy, and discipline to support the company’s growth objectives, operational efficiency, and capital structure management. This role is ideal for a proven finance executive with a background in multi-site operations and deep experience in private equity environments.
Requirements of the Chief Financial Officer – CFO
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years in a CFO or executive finance role.
- Demonstrated success in a private equity–backed environment, including lender/investor communications and reporting.
- Strong background in multi-site or multi-location operations, preferably in a complex, operationally intensive industry.
- Experience leading FP&A, treasury, and accounting functions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
- Proven ability to drive strategic change, improve financial performance, and scale finance functions.
- Superior leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer – CFO
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, providing sound financial guidance and participating in high-level decision-making to shape the company’s future.
- Private Equity & Lender Relations:
- Act as the primary financial liaison to private equity sponsors and lenders, ensuring transparent communication and the delivery of financial reports, KPIs, and covenant compliance data.
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy, including long-term planning, capital allocation, and risk management.
- Accounting & Reporting:
- Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Direct all Financial Planning & Analysis activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across all locations.
- Treasury & Cash Management:
- Manage the company’s capital structure, banking relationships, and liquidity to support operations and investment initiatives.
- Multi-Site Operations Oversight:
- Provide hands-on leadership and financial oversight across multiple business locations, aligning financial performance with corporate strategy.
- Process & Systems Improvement:
- Implement best practices, technology solutions, and process improvements to drive financial efficiency and scalability.
- Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team with a focus on accountability and operational excellence.
