Work Schedule :
Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. The Opportunity The Senior Financial Analyst position is a highly visible role responsible for performing core financial, accounting, and analytical duties for the Technology Finance team. The role will support the Corporate Technology (ACT) and Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) CIO areas.

The Work Itself Provide exceptional customer service to key stakeholders, including business, finance, and technology partners

Assist team in execution of key financial planning and forecasting processes

Work with Technology budget owners to develop/review/refine monthly product and operations forecasts for the assigned CIO areas

Review/approve Technology purchase orders and resource requests

Complete month-end variance analysis for product and operations forecasts

Assist in assembly of monthly Scorecards and other required reporting

Complete month-end close activities, with focus on preparation of accounting entries for accruals and reclasses

Assist team in building and updating reports in PowerBI and performing ad hoc analyses as requested

Create and post monthly Workday actuals reports to Share Point Support  team objective to increase efficiency through use of automation and AIThe Qualifications We’re Looking For3+ years of finance and/or accounting experience BS degree in Accounting or Finance High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience with forecast modeling and Power BIExperience with Workday Financials and One Stream Strong  attention to detail, accuracy, and proven analytical skills

Interest/experience in technology operations

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to people with little or no financial background.

The ability to lead effective meetings and work with a diverse team that may not be co-located

Self-motivated and able to work with moderate direction in a dynamic fast paced organization

Ability to work independently with demonstrated time management skills

High level of accountability and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks

Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience

High school Diploma or GED equivalent
