Job Description Summary
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be integral to DAUCH’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, supporting strategic decision‑making and driving process improvements across our financial operations.
Job Description- Financial Planning & Forecasting
:
Contribute to financial planning cycles, preparing accurate forecasts to guide business strategy. - Cost Analysis & Budgeting
:
Perform detailed cost analyses, cost calculations, and contribute to the annual budget to ensure comprehensive financial oversight. - Financial Closures & Reporting
:
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures. Prepare and analyze regular and ad hoc financial reports and KPIs to support business goals. - Decision Support
:
Provide management with reliable, data‑driven insights and statements that inform strategic decision‑making. - ERP Development & Reporting
:
Support the ongoing enhancement of the ERP system, creating and refining financial reports for improved data accessibility. - Process Improvement
:
Engage in refining company processes and propose ideas for increased efficiency and effectiveness across financial functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Controlling
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis
- Confident English language knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and problem solving skills
- Attention to accuracy and detail required
