Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Experience:
2+ years of Med Surg experience (Required)
Experience with tracheostomy and laryngectomy patients:

As a member of our nursing team, you'll be part of a dynamic and dedicated group of professionals focused on improving the lives of cancer patients.
Key Responsibilities:Establish a therapeutic relationship and create a detailed plan of care with the patient and family.
Evaluate the effectiveness of plans and interventions to promote the achievement of established goals.
Initiate and maintain open communication with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
Communicate with patients, families, subordinate staff, and peers to ensure plans and interventions are understood and operationalized.
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4

Hours:
12 hours of initial hours
OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates
Extension Discount: on the initial extension.
Travel rates reduced by 10% for individuals with a permanent address within a 35-mile radius of the facility.
