Salary: $95,000+ depending on experience

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and areas for intervention.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and team members.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set and monitor treatment goals.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to measure progress and inform decision-making.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
Must-Have Skills
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing intervention plans.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in behavioral data collection and analysis.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and ongoing professional development.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.
  • Experience providing training and supervision to behavior technicians.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of latest research in ABA and related therapeutic fields.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation systems.
