Position: BCBA Therapist (10 Openings)

We are seeking 10 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a leading pediatric therapy provider offering home‑ and clinic‑based ABA services across Michigan.

This organization specializes in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and language delays. Compensation
  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $85,000
  • Mileage Reimbursement

Required Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master’s degree with ABA coursework
  • Strong knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)
  • Ability to manage schedules and adapt to clients’ changing needs
  • Bilingual/Multilingual candidates eligible for increased base pay
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plans
  • Develop new programs and modify existing interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with directors, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to review case progress
  • Supervise and train clinicians and therapists on policies and procedures
  • Maintain billable caseload while managing supervisory responsibilities
  • Communicate with funding sources regarding reports, meetings, and authorizations
