Join Henry Ford Health as an Athletic Trainer at Grosse Pointe North High School, where you will support student athletes and contribute to the health, performance, and success of the GPN Athletics community.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide athletic training services to GPN student athletes.
• Coordinate with Henry Ford Health and the school to schedule appointments and manage care.
• Collaborate with the assigned team physician and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
• Help athletes reach peak performance through individualized injury treatment and overall wellness.
• Educate athletes on best practices for health maintenance and long‑term wellness.
• Expand your expertise by offering services outside the school, such as physician clinics, community outreach, and engagement events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Board of Certification (ATC) and Michigan state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before hire).
• Post‑professional master’s degree in athletic training or related field preferred, with at least two years of experience.
• Strong ability to work independently within a team‑oriented environment.
• Knowledge of NCAA, NJCAA, and MHSAA policies, and commitment to supporting community outreach programs.

Additional Skills or

Certifications:

• CSCS, PES, FMS, CKTP, EMT, or other related certifications are highly valued.
