Role OverviewCultured Wellness is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to own the front-end patient experience and support structured wellness programs.
The Patient Care Coordinator is a critical revenue and experience seat within the Culture Collective ecosystem. This role exists to ensure that every patient interaction — from first inquiry to long-term retention — reflects our standards of clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
You are not just “working the front desk.” You are protecting the integrity of the Elite Patient Journey™ while supporting conversion, scheduling precision, and patient retention.
We are looking for someone polished, consultative, detail-oriented, and accountable.
Responsibilities- Front desk ownership and patient experience
- Inbound and outbound lead follow-up
- Convert inquiries into booked and completed appointments
- Educate patients on programs, services, and membership options
- Coordinate provider schedules for efficient patient flow
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Execute structured follow-up and retention initiatives
- Support membership enrollment and patient education
- Uphold scheduling accuracy and operational systems
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and service standards
- 2+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, or a high-end healthcare environment
- Demonstrated success converting leads into scheduled appointments
- Strong consultative communication and customer service skills
- Experience using scheduling software and EMR systems
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment
- Preferred: Experience with aesthetics, wellness, hormone optimization, injectables, or membership-based models
- Growth: Exposure to both patient care and revenue-driving operations within a structured system.

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
