The Patient Care Coordinator is a critical revenue and experience seat within the Culture Collective ecosystem. This role exists to ensure that every patient interaction — from first inquiry to long-term retention — reflects our standards of clarity, consistency, and professionalism.

You are not just “working the front desk.” You are protecting the integrity of the Elite Patient Journey™ while supporting conversion, scheduling precision, and patient retention.

We are looking for someone polished, consultative, detail-oriented, and accountable.

Responsibilities
  • Front desk ownership and patient experience
  • Inbound and outbound lead follow-up
  • Convert inquiries into booked and completed appointments
  • Educate patients on programs, services, and membership options
  • Coordinate provider schedules for efficient patient flow
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation
  • Execute structured follow-up and retention initiatives
  • Support membership enrollment and patient education
  • Uphold scheduling accuracy and operational systems
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and service standards
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, or a high-end healthcare environment
  • Demonstrated success converting leads into scheduled appointments
  • Strong consultative communication and customer service skills
  • Experience using scheduling software and EMR systems
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment
  • Preferred: Experience with aesthetics, wellness, hormone optimization, injectables, or membership-based models
Why Join Culture Collective?
  • Growth: Exposure to both patient care and revenue-driving operations within a structured system.
  • Impact: Play a direct role in patient experience, retention, and organizational growth.
  • Environment: A disciplined, systems-based organization that values clarity and execution.
