As a BCBA, you’ll play a key role in shaping client progress, creating and overseeing individualized treatment plans, analyzing data to drive meaningful outcomes, and ensuring high‑quality, evidence‑based care.
You’ll also serve as a mentor and leader, training and supervising RBTs while collaborating closely with families to create lasting, positive change.

- Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
- Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress.
- Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
- Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.
- Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.
- Pay Range: $40–$65 per hour (or salary equivalent), depending on experience and role type
- Scheduling Options:
- Full‑time (30–40 hours/week)
- Part‑time (15–29 hours/week)
- Weekend and evening cases available (optional)
- Work Environment:
- In‑home
- Clinic‑based
- Hybrid options based on your preferences
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family‑centered ABA care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in‑home visits
