Job Description:

• Planning and managing patient care.
• Interviewing patients and recording their medical history.
• Obtaining patient vital signs.
• Administering injections of medications.
• Verifying that patient charts are updated promptly and accurately.
• Observing and recording patients' conditions and reactions to medications and treatments
• Assisting patients with hygiene
• Providing personal care and assisting with daily living needs

Qualifications:

• Current state license
• BLS required.
• Minimum of 1-year recent experience
