Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant to join our team. We are seeking a candidate experienced in food service management to consult in a long‑term care facility located in Detroit, MI. This is a temporary position, lasting several months, and needs services for 32‑40 hours per week.

Responsibilities- Food Service management of products and staff
- Review and maintain required sanitation standards
- Supervision of dietary staff
- Food product ordering and inventory
- Certified Dietary Manager work
- CDM a plus
- Positive attitude
- Food service management experience
- Good communication skills
