Job Details:
• Provide direct clinical care to assigned NICU patients on a per shift basis
• Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for neonatal patients
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Unit-level responsibilities for NICU operations
• Dress code:
Navy scrubs required for nurses
