We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Dispatcher to join our growing team in Detroit !

Responsibilities:

Supervise, motivate, and assist a large team of drivers and driver helpers (including schedules and documentation).

Comply with all applicable rules/regulations. Receive important incoming calls/information from airline clients and the airport and communicate it to respective departments.

Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.

Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.

Ensure all vehicles are in working condition (i.e. compliance, fueling, maintenance).

Process all meal ordering information and reassure prompt and correct distribution to all involved departments.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Maintain safety work place Decimates general information to the public and other concerned parties regarding department policies, procedures and applicable federal, state and local laws.

Create and review reports as necessary.

Qualifications:

Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Requirements necessary to obtain airport

Excellent planning and coordination skills.

Team leader qualities and outstanding communication skills.

Dedication and attention to detail with regards to customer service

Solution seeker and effective decision maker

Hands‑on in order to make sure all flights are successfully dispatched on time.

The ability to manage quickly to overcome any deficiencies in the transportation department

Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)

Minimum of 1 years of work experience in the similar role
