** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
* Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
* Oversee daily operations within the spa and/or salon environment ensuring guest and employee satisfaction by providing services, products, and experiences of the highest caliber
* Ensure timely and professional resolution of any guest related challenges and/or concerns, communicate and implement company policies and objectives to employees, and maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities
* Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** High school diploma or GED
* Two years of prior relevant experience
* One year of prior relevant spa, salon, or recreation environment experience preferred
* One year of prior relevant supervisory experience preferred
