Forbes Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic, experienced dishwashers. Uniforms are provided. Applicants must pass a background check.

Paid time off. Parking is included.

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and exhibit communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Operate an industrial dish machine
• Sort, stack dishes, and load/unload dish machine
• Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner
• Ensure all broken and chipped items are removed from circulation, reported and inventoried
• Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times
• Remove debris and trash to designated areas throughout shift
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and dishes by hand and using dish machines
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including all equipment and storage spaces
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• Previous experience dishwashing experience preferred
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
