IT Consultant
Responsible for leading projects of medium to high complexity to support Application configuration, design, testing, troubleshooting, implementation, enhancement and modifications of Human Resources technology systems; provide exceptional customer service to all customers in anticipating needs of application functionality, resolving problems, and related issues; provide expert consultative guidance on HR Data Management to peers and system users; focus on ensuring the integrity of HR System data (employee and system tables) and the effective utilization of the HR System;
make presentations on key initiatives; provide updates on work plans and implementation activities and results; utilize consulting and project management methodologies in working with business customers and in executing projects; analyze and recommend best practice business process/ data models to integrate HR data with self-service applications; support HR technology to the next level for web based Self Service applications; perform thorough documentation of programs, businesses process flows and systems;
utilize and apply knowledge of UKG Timekeeping, UKG Device Management, UKG Scheduling, BIRT Reporting, Boomi Integration, SQL, KPI Metrics/Dataviews, People Soft HCM/CRM applications, Performance Management, Learning Management, People Soft HR modules, and Time and Labor to perform assigned duties; responsible for partnering with HR business lines to assess the HR Technology needs and consult with them on alternatives by providing options with recommendations to meet needs;
collaborate with clients to develop, test and implement best alternatives; define business requirements as they relate to the implementation of technologies that make up HR Technology portfolio suite of applications; assist with development of project plans, scheduling, monitoring and communicating the project status; work directly with external customers/vendors to implement new or enhanced technology, including interfaces, outsourced vendor arrangements, and system integrations;
analyze users' needs and design, test, and develop software to meet those needs; configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules including Timekeeping, Absence/Leave Management, and Scheduling; support and maintain Integrations between UKG and other systems including HRIS and Payroll; develop and maintain Reporting, Queries, BIRT reporting, and Dataview; create a variety of models, diagrams and flowcharts that show programmers the software code needed for an application;
design each piece of an application or system and plan how the pieces will work together; recommend software upgrades for customers' existing programs and systems; ensure that a program continues to function normally through software maintenance and testing; collaborate with other computer specialists to create optimum software; assess organizational needs for HR institutional reporting and develop web-based data analytics for predictive modeling using HR information;
design, develop and deliver comprehensive workforce analytics, System usage and HR Dashboard solutions; work in collaboration with Financial Information System and Supply Chain System counterparts to develop efficient and innovative solutions to deliver managerial reports/information to business unit managers and senior leadership; consult with system users to expand or modify technology capabilities and to improve operational efficiency or workflow; ensure integrity and security of all HR data through enforcement of procedures;
and support adherence to established service-intake processes and follow the service delivery protocols and documentation requirements in delivering service to customers.

Salary: $100,000 per year
Education & Experience- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Systems Administration, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree). - Experience:
Three (3) years in the position above, as an Information Systems Analyst, as a Lead System Consultant, as a Senior Systems Consultant, as a Systems Engineer, or in a related occupation. - Other Requirements:
Experience must include three (3) years use of all the following: UKG Timekeeping, UKG Device Management, UKG Scheduling, BIRT Reporting, Boomi Integration, SQL, KPI Metrics/Dataviews, People Soft HCM/CRM applications, Performance Management, Learning Management, People Soft HR modules, and Time and Labor. - Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience.
