We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Payroll Consultant responsible for the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of the Workday Payroll module. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in payroll processing, tax compliance, benefits integration, and Workday HCM configurations in enterprise environments.

• Configure and implement Workday Payroll module including earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishments.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing cycles (weekly, biweekly, monthly).
• Configure payroll calculations, retro processing, and off-cycle payments.
• Integrate Payroll with Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Benefits modules.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, audits, and year-end processing (W-2, 1099).
• Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues and resolve production incidents.
• Support payroll parallel testing, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Develop and maintain payroll reports using Workday reporting tools.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for seamless payroll operations.
• Support payroll integrations with third-party vendors (ADP, banking systems, tax providers).
• Maintain security roles and data privacy controls in alignment with compliance standards.
• Participate in Workday releases and apply payroll-related updates.
