The Recruiter will manage all aspects of recruiting across Operations, Engineering, and R&D. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have prior corporate recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and influence hiring decisions effectively.
Compensation ranges from $50 to $70 per hour based on experience.
