Principal SAP EWM Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP EWM Consultant to be a key player in the consulting team responsible for discovering and defining problem statements, evaluating solution options, recommending solutions, managing SLA/KPI expectations, delivering design, architecture and process artifacts, implementing deployment plans, and supporting knowledge transfer.

• Discover and define problem statements, identify areas of improvement, evaluate solution options and make recommendations.
• Manage turnaround expectations and SLA/KPIs, ensure timely delivery of team deliverables to client stakeholders.
• Create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement deployment plans.
• Support knowledge transfer to deliver value‑adding consulting solutions.
• Front‑end deliverables with client stakeholders and manage client expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will consider progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Position based in Detroit, MI – candidates must be willing to work from office daily.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.

• At least 10 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, architecture/design/detailing of warehouse processes.
• At least 10 years of experience in SAP EWM and S/4
  
  HANA EWM package.
• At least 10 years of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment.
• Design SAP EWM solution to meet client requirements.
• Perform SAP EWM system configuration, testing and data conversion for implementation projects.
• Work and liaise with offshore teams, conduct meetings and workshops with client.
• Analyze functional requirements, perform business requirements discussions and solutioning, configure and test SAP EWM.
• Create functional specifications, attend daily agile meetings, experience with decentralized SAP S/4 HANA SAP EWM.
• Understand SAP implementation methodologies, handle interfaces with 3rd party systems (IDOC/ALE/Flat File).
• Knowledge in SD, MM and EWM integration. Analytical and communication skills, project and talent management.
• Experience with project management and management consulting environment requiring regular travel.
