Infosys is seeking an Industry Principal SAP HCM/Success Factors Consultant. As an Industry Principal, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan configuration activities, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and help resolve requirements and design queries.

In addition, you will conduct solution/product demonstrations, run POC/Proof of Technology workshops, prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets, and support knowledge transfer to deliver value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• Play a key role in the consulting team by discovering and defining problem statements.
• Evaluate solution options and make recommendations.
• Plan configuration activities and configure the product per design.
• Conduct conference room pilots.
• Assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations and POC workshops.
• Prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements.
• Support knowledge transfer to enable value‑adding consulting solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• At least 13 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Ability to travel to project/client locations as required; location based in Detroit, MI.
• Authorized to work in the United States without needing employer sponsorship.

• Leadership:
  Minimum 13 years of program management experience, with a proven track record of managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Strategic Alignment:
  Translate HR vision into actionable program roadmaps, ensuring SAP implementations (e.g., H4S4 or Success Factors) support broader organizational goals.
• Multi‑Workstream Governance:
  Establish and manage governance for parallel projects, such as payroll modernization, talent management upgrades, and cloud migrations.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
  Lead discussions with C‑suite executives and manage relationships with system integrators.
• Risk & Compliance:
  Identify and mitigate risks across the HR portfolio, ensuring global labor legislation and data privacy compliance.
• Financial Stewardship:
  Own multi‑million‑dollar program budgets, optimize resources, and prove ROI through clear financial reporting.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Deep knowledge of SAP HCM (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management) and SAP Success Factors (Employee Central, EC Payroll).
• Modernization Expertise:
  Experience with EC Payroll Transformation Projects and cloud integration.
• Methodology Mastery:
  Proficiency in SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid governance models.
• Focus Areas:
  Knowledge of AI‑powered HR tools.
• Understanding of direction, structure, and requirements for each project from the business line side and communicate them to development/testing staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with business and IT community.
• Certifications:
  • PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) or PMP.
  • Additional advantage: SAP Success Factors or HCM module certifications.
  • Tools:
    Expert level in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and enterprise PPM software such as JIRA, Plan View.
