Boomi Developer

We are seeking a skilled Boomi Developer with strong expertise in data integration design and development.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Dell Boomi platform, API development, cloud integrations, and data transformation.

This role requires a deep understanding of integration concepts, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy integrations using Dell Boomi components such as connectors, processes, maps, and APIs.
• Develop and manage RESTful and SOAP APIs within the Boomi platform.
• Transform data between formats including XML, JSON, and flat files using Boomi’s mapping capabilities.
• Integrate with cloud services, particularly Azure and GCP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues using Boomi’s debugging tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
• Ensure secure data transmission through authentication, encryption, and compliance with security best practices.
• Define version control procedures and assist in managing environments and code releases.
• Conduct data analysis and validate data objects and relationships.
• Support hybrid cloud/on-premise integration solutions.
• Maintain documentation for integration processes and configurations.

• 3.5+ years of experience in data integration design and development, with significant experience on the Boomi platform and Biz Talk.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, Web Services, SOA, ESB, and ETL concepts.
• Experience designing and developing SOAP and REST-based web services.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or DB2.
• Strong programming skills in writing complex stored procedures, queries, views, user-defined functions, cursors, and common table expressions using SQL or T-SQL.
• Experience working with cloud/on-prem and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Understanding of data quality concepts and data analysis techniques.
