A national Fin Tech leader is seeking a Sr. Windows Infrastructure Engineer to join the high-performing Technology Operations team owning efforts to support, automate, and optimize enterprise infrastructure while ensuring high availability and seamless performance of mission-critical systems. As a technical leader, you will work closely with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to drive automation initiatives, streamline processes, and elevate platform stability.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Own and manage production support, access management, audit compliance, change control, and incident resolution in a 24x7 operational model.
• Lead infrastructure automation efforts using Power Shell and other modern scripting tools to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with application teams to scope and support platform integration during Discovery and Implementation phases.
• Maintain a reliable, scalable Windows server environment (Windows 2016–2022) including Active Directory, IIS, and enterprise-grade COTS apps.
• Oversee server patching, upgrades, disaster recovery processes, and system performance optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver SLA-aligned support, root cause analysis, and strategic improvements.
• Serve as a mentor and escalation point for junior team members on technical and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, Info Sec policies, and change management standards.
• 5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience in a Windows environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep experience in Windows Server administration (2016–2022), IIS, and Active Directory.
• 3+ years of strong Power Shell scripting and automation skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing and ITSM tools like Service Now.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for production systems — with tactical and long-term solution mindsets.
• Understanding of hardware platforms like Dell/Cisco servers and out-of-band management.
• Dev Ops mindset and exposure to Terraform, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• 5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience in a Windows environment.
