Requirements

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, MATLAB).
• Experience querying relational databases (e.g., SAP, People Soft, Oracle, SQL) to extract data and solve business challenges.
• Strong understanding of quantitative analytics and data modeling.
• Proficient in Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., WebI, Analysis, Lumira, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convey complex data insights to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed data analysis to make informed business recommendations, including cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and impact analysis.
• Generate actionable insights that guide our clients towards enhancing products, services, and customer satisfaction.
• Present findings and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders, utilizing visual representations of data.
• Ensure rigorous data stewardship through monitoring and maintaining data accuracy, cleansing plans, and integration strategies.
• Develop and oversee processes and standards to uphold data quality and consistency across the organization.
• Build and automate reports and dashboards to provide scalable insights for analytical needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and deliver comprehensive analyses through scorecards and dashboards.
• Train team members on self-service reporting methods and business intelligence tools.
