- Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP solution and integration architecture, with deep exposure to manufacturing and logistics landscapes
- Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP S/4
HANA implementations (Private Cloud / RISE preferred) in plant, factory, or industrial environments - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong background in manufacturing and intralogistics environments, with hands-on experience integrating SAP with factory-floor and automation systems
- Experience in automotive, battery, discrete, or high-volume manufacturing environments is a strong asset
- SAP certification(s) in S/4
HANA, EWM, PP, or Integration Architecture preferred
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for integrated SAP manufacturing and logistics landscapes, spanning SAP PP, EWM, LE, TM, Yard Logistics, and related execution components
- Define and govern integration architecture between SAP S/4
HANA and factory core systems, including MES/MOM platforms, shop-floor control systems, and automation layers - Lead architecture design for production-to-logistics execution flows, including production supply, line-side staging, JIT/JIS, sequencing, yard movements, and outbound logistics
- Design scalable and resilient plant-level integration patterns, ensuring real-time or near-real-time communication between SAP and factory systems
- Act as the architectural authority for solution decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, Clean Core principles, and long-term scalability
- Architect integrated business processes across production planning, execution, warehousing, transportation, and yard operations
- Ensure tight alignment between SAP PP and EWM, including staging, kitting, back flushing, production confirmations, and capacity-aware supply
- Design end-to-end logistics execution processes across EWM, LE, TM, and Yard, covering inbound, internal movements, outbound, carrier integration, and dock/yard coordination
- Support complex manufacturing scenarios such as high-frequency material movements, takt-based production, sequencing, and mixed-model assembly
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to translate manufacturing and logistics requirements into robust, executable SAP solutions
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4
