Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually – $94,000.00 USD Annually

We are seeking a Junior/Mid‑Level Systems Administrator (Systems Administrator I / Systems Engineer) to support our onsite enterprise infrastructure environment. This role involves installing, managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting compute, storage, virtualization, and Microsoft‑based systems within a 24/7/365 operation. The ideal candidate will support both project‑based initiatives and daily operations while adhering to established processes and best practices.

• Install, configure, manage, and support enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Support system architecture across compute, storage, virtualization, and desktop environments.
• Provide on‑call/after‑hours support as needed in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Assist with the implementation of technology projects aligned with departmental and organizational objectives.
• Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
• Generate performance and capacity reports and assist with planning.
• Establish and conduct preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and contractors.
• Participate in data center operations, including hardware installations (rack‑and‑stack).
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
