The Senior Information Security Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining all security related processes and documentation for the Detroit Lions organization.
Essential Functions- Ensuring the organization is complying with all security initiatives and training
- Manage and deploy all required security training to the user base
- Document all security policies for the organization
- Lead organizational responses in security audits based on NFL ISRI
- Review and resolve security incidents, conduct root cause analysis and lead remediation efforts
- Develop and improve incident response policy and procedures
- Handle communication to the organization regarding pressing security alerts
- Follow all current security trends and provide recommendations for improvement to existing processes
- Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or IT risk required. Experience with in professional sports or entertainment preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively adjust to rapidly changing business conditions.
- Strong time management, administrative, organizational, and customer service skills required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- May require work out of both the Ford Field Management Office and the Meijer Performance Center
