Support and enhance lending system solutions for members and team members. Collaborate with the loan systems team to implement new technologies, solve system challenges, and execute projects aligned with organizational goals. Ensure practical, effective, and efficient improvements in lending systems while handling escalations and providing technical support for incidents and queries.
What You’ll Do- Participate in the design and support of lending systems, ensuring effective integration with interrelated systems.
- Facilitate user experience, workflows, system configurations, rate changes, and reports.
- Support system updates and workflow modifications for functionality improvements.
- Prepare, edit, and test loan documents to support new products and updates for compliance.
- Primary point of contact for loan system support escalations.
- Subject matter expert supporting indirect, real estate, underwriting, and other lending functions.
- Collaborate with end users to identify and communicate business requirements for products and systems.
- Deliver technical support, troubleshoot issues, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Create test plans and ensure thorough validation for system updates.
- Lead testing for loan origination systems and lending projects of varying complexity, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Knowledge typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 2 - 4 years of programming, quality assurance, end user testing or related experience required.
- One year of lending or lending support experience preferred.
