In this role, you'll work at the intersection of Sales, Data, and Technology, partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Analytics, and Data Engineering teams across Slalom. You'll collaborate with leaders and practitioners who rely on trusted data and actionable insights to guide revenue strategy, optimize execution, and drive measurable outcomes across our global sales organization.

What You'll Do

* Partner closely with Sales Leadership to identify and prioritize the questions that matter most-delivering insights that clarify performance trends, customer outcomes, and revenue opportunities

* Lead storytelling around sales performance, bringing data to life across areas such as solution mix, win/loss patterns, competitive signals, pipeline health, and forecasting indicators

* Translate complex, cross‑domain analysis into clear business narratives and executive‑ready recommendations that drive measurable outcomes

* Build and maintain analytics‑ready datasets, shared metric definitions, transformation logic, and semantic layers used across global sales reporting

* Collaborate with Data Engineering and the Data Platform team to extend curated datasets, enhance pipelines, and ensure scalable, well‑documented analytics foundations

* Drive data quality, consistency, and governance for sales metrics and One Slalom Sales (OSS) standards

* Conduct hands‑on analysis across multiple sales‑related data sources (Salesforce/CRM, marketing, customer success, product, finance) to answer high‑impact questions

* Partner across Sales Operations, Business Operations, BI, and Data Platform to align definitions, support self‑service analytics, and drive adoption of curated datasets

* Mentor analysts and engineers, leading analytics work streams that support global sales execution

What You'll Bring

* Experience translating strategic business questions into analytical plans and turning findings into clear, executive‑level recommendations

* Strong hands‑on analytics engineering skills with Python (pandas/polars), including reproducible workflows, automation, and modular code practices

* Familiarity with software engineering fundamentals such as git, documentation, testing basics, and code review habits

* Experience working with CRM/sales data (Salesforce preferred) and a strong understanding of sales performance concepts including pipeline, conversion, forecasting, and sales activities

* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner cross‑functionally, manage ambiguity, and simplify complex insights into compelling business storytelling
