• Design Epic systems security framework aligning with both user needs and Epic's foundational structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, coordinating activities across physical, infrastructure, and application security teams.
• Make informed access decisions, working alongside application coordinators for system-level access design.
• Develop and maintain security procedures for user login authorizations, training, and system access modifications.
• Create test scenarios and develop plans to verify systems meet client requirements.
• Provide support and conduct root cause analysis for production issues, ensuring efficient application resolutions.

• Proven experience with Epic implementations or upgrades, showcasing robust analytical skills.
• Capability to document business requirements clearly and effectively.
• Strong ability for independently working and contributing to team environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, tailoring approaches to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in multitasking while maintaining strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Previous experience within a healthcare setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Unix commands and SQL usage for robust systems management.
