UX​/UI Designer

Optomi, in partnership with a premier financial services client, is looking for a UX/UI Designer to support digital transformation initiatives in the auto dealer and insurance space.

At this company, UX/UI Designers play a critical role in driving digital adoption and enhancing customer journeys through innovative design solutions. This position is based in Detroit, MI, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days a week onsite. The ideal candidate thrives on simplifying complex business processes, solving challenging problems, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver customer-obsessed tech solutions.

• 5+ years designing digital user experiences
• 3+ years of transactional user interface design experience
• Expertise in UX design involving information architecture, wire framing, and prototyping
• Proficiency in Figma or other industry-standard design tools
• Familiarity with AI tools and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UI frameworks

• Perform various design-related functions to enable digital transformation and drive adoption
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to improve customer journeys
• Represent enterprise UX leadership to ensure designs meet design standards
• Engage in research, co-creation, and critique to maintain the integrity of the Ally design system
• Align work with best practices, industry standards, and emerging digital trends
