** Summary**:  The UX Designer leads user-centered design work that improves behavior, drives conversion, and reduces friction. They turn research into clear, testable UX solutions aligned to business goals and measurable outcomes.
** Responsibilities**:
* Conduct and analyze user research independently.
* Design IA, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
* Collaborate with UI and content for holistic experience delivery.
* Utilize AI tools to support ideation and iteration.
* Contribute to usability testing design and analysis.
** Requirements**:

* Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human-centered design, cognitive science, HCI, or related field or related experience.

* Experience:

3–5 years of professional UX design experience.
** Technical Skills**:
* Advanced use of Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
* Experience with user testing tools and analytics integration.
** Competencies**:
* Proactive problem-solving across user flows and systems.
* Ability to work independently while managing feedback and revisions.
* Balanced focus on user needs and business goals.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
