Northwood is seeking an IT Support Technician to assist with day-to-day technology support for office staff. This role focuses on basic help desk support, workstation setup, and routine IT tasks. It is a hands‑on support position, not a systems, network, or engineering role.

• Assist employees with common computer, login, and software issues
• Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other equipment
• Install standard software and perform routine updates on Windows computers
• Reset passwords and assist with basic Microsoft 365 issues (email, Outlook, One Drive)
• Create and update IT support tickets
• Escalate issues beyond basic support to senior IT staff
• Follow company IT and security procedures

• Basic IT, help desk, or technical support experience preferred
• Comfortable working with Windows computers and office equipment
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is helpful
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow established processes
• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Starting hourly rate: $18 - $21/hour, based on experience
• Full-time preferred; part-time candidates will be considered
• Monday - Friday, day shift
• Hybrid schedule: on‑site at least 3 days per week when working

This position is well‑suited for candidates interested in hands‑on IT support in a structured environment. Senior‑level administration or engineering experience is not required.

Northwood plays an integral role in health plan benefit administration for durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and medical supplies. Northwood also serves auto and workers compensation clients and their PIP claimants.
