Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for experienced and motivated technologists who possess a unique balance of technical depth, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. In this role, you will be dynamic, creative, and willing to take on any challenge, building cloud solutions across a diverse portfolio of technologies. You will regularly engage in deep‑diving discussions and design exercises to create world‑class solutions.
You will frequently travel 25% domestically with some international travel.
As a trusted customer advocate, the Global Solutions Architect (SA) develops the technology strategy for one of AWS’s largest global enterprise customers in a complex and multi‑faceted environment. You will interface with senior executive leaders and cloud architects on a daily basis to build relationships and enable them as cloud advocates. Your role involves helping the customer become an AI‑enabled enterprise by implementing advanced cloud‑based solutions and modernizing enterprise workloads, partnering with AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architectures that solve business problems, and driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth across a wide portfolio of technologies.
Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
- 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry working for an OEM, startup, or supplier.
- Experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS.
- Experience working with end‑user or developer communities.
- Experience communicating across technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive‑level stakeholders or clients.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
