Are you an experienced software developer or SRE looking to step into an architect role? Come join one of Michigan’s major utility providers as a Cloud Architect owning testing, automation, and enhancements as a part of a critical IT team supporting customer-facing applications. • 5+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Dev Ops Engineer, or Full Stack software development role supporting high-traffic applications.
• Hands‑on experience conducting load tests (jMeter, jmax), managing, and deploying applications utilizing Git Hub CI/CD pipelines.
• Significant experience developing and deploying IaC, preferrably using Terraform.

• Conduct stress and load tests on high‑traffic applications hosted in Azure, using JMeter and jmax files, Azure Load Test/ App Testing, and/or Playwright.
• Manage Git Hub CI/CD pipelines, execute Git Hub actions to modify pipelines, ensure code is deployed effectively.
• Write automations scripts to simulate high‑traffic and critical situations to test application performance, reliability, and availability.
• Review application performance, detail metrics, and identify areas and methods of improvement.
• Grow the development team’s capabilities in order to be more self‑sufficient in an enterprise Agile environment.

• Join a mature team of developers to test and ensure functionality of critical customer-facing applications that experience surge traffic.
• Carve out your place on this team for long‑term automation and testing initiatives in an enterprise multi‑cloud environment.
